1)Why do your delivery times vary on different products?
To provide our customers with the widest range of Party Themes, Toys, Bedding and clothing available, we have suppliers in SA and UK.

The delivery and despatch times therefore vary depending on which supplier we obtain the specific product from.

2)How long does delivery take and can you give an exact date of delivery?
Please check the item description which will give an estimate of how long the delivery and despatch will take.

Please note that these times may be delayed due to postal strikes or delays at customs. We unfortunately have no control over these factors and are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to these unfortunate events.

3) How does TOYS AND PARTIES deliver the products to their customers?


There are 2 delivery options available within SA:

* Normal registered post to your post office.

* Courier "door to door" services


You are also welcome to arrange for your own Courier Company to collect the parcel from us in West Beach, Cape Town.

4) Queries relating to an order.


Should you have placed an order and have a query regarding it, then please email us atsales@toysandparties.co.za with your query and your order number in the subject line. We will answer your query within 24 hours of receiving it.

5) Can you assist me in getting items that’s not on the site?

If you require a party theme, toy or any other item that is not listed on our site, then please email us at sales@toysandparties.co.za with the details of what you are looking for and we will gladly try and source it for you.

6) Do you accept credit card payments?


Yes we do! Credit card payments are made through the local "Payfast" system which will be available when you checkout.


7) Do you have a shop that we can view the items at?
Viewings can be arranged on request. Kindly contact us at sales@toysandparties.co.za to arrange a viewing.

 
8) Where do you get your items from?

9) How often do you add new stock to your site?
We add new stock to our site on a weekly basis so feel free to visit our site often to see the new goodies. Sign up  to receive our news letter and be the first to know of any new developments on our site :) 

10) Do I have to pay any other charges apart from the price of the item?
Besides the purchase amount and delivery charge, there are no custom fees or VAT to still pay on the items. We take care of all those fees so the price you see is the price you pay.
